PLANO LOCATION! Join our beauty team at the NEW Blo Plano location! Work in a gorgeous, new, upbeat Blowout bar, where your creativity shines and your schedule is full!. Hiring immediately! As a Blo Stylist, you'll provide signature blowouts, updos, braids, and styling services while educating clients on hair products and at-home care. You'll help maintain a clean, professional, upbeat environment and support team events and promotions. Sales of memberships, retail, and add-on services are a key part of success in this role and your commissions. If you thrive in a fun, fast, beauty-centric atmospherewe want you on our team!

You Must Have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience an asset

Job Responsibilities:

• Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
• Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists
• Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to senior stylist or management roles

Compensation: $14.00 - $40.00 per hour
